    Ümit Kacar was born in 1970 in İstanbul. After completion of Kabatas boys high school in İstanbul in 1988, he has first completed business administration at the University of Cukurova in Adana in 1992, then Finance at the Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir 1996th In the period 1996 - 2004 he worked in the field independent international corporate audit, financial reporting, tax law full confirmation and investment and promotion applications.     Hakan Sarap is born in 1962 in İzmir. After completion of the Ataturk High School in İzmir 1979 he has business economics and finance at the Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir and completed his studies stusiert 1984th In the period between 1987 - 1994 he worked in the private sector at Coca-Cola Izmir, Altınyunus Hotel in Marmaris and other companies as an internal accountant and tax consultant. In the period between 1995 - 2007 he worked as an independent accountants and tax consultants. Since 2008 he has worked as an independent tax advisor Sworn. In 2012 he received from the Capital Market Authority to license as an independent company auditor.
